He embarked on his career armed with his Certified Verbatim Reporter (CVR) credential, immersing himself in the intricate art of court reporting. Over the years, Dwayne's dedication has led to a series of notable achievements and certifications.
In 2019, he earned the esteemed title of Certified Verbatim Reporter, marking the beginning of his quest for excellence. His pursuit of mastery culminated in the acquisition of the Realtime Verbatim Reporter designation in 2020, a testament to his unwavering dedication and skill.
Dwayne's impact extends beyond his professional accolades. In 2023, he was elected to serve on the board of directors for the National Verbatim Reporters Association, underscoring his standing as a respected figure in the industry.
